Private panels, Meet & Greets, Live Entertainment, and Photo Ops


A full day of indoor ticketed events with special guests at TAPestry and BAPA. We'll have panels, meet & greets, author, cosplayer, and voice actor photo ops, live shows, book boyfriend photo shoots, and more.

What is this event and where is it happening?

Our Make The *Beat* Drop pre-party on 6/12/26 is at Sassy Ann's. Get dressed up for this book-ish night out. Snag a Gold or Silver weekend pass to come early and meet some of our VIP guests and authors for the weekend.


Summer Book Fest events on 6/13/26 will be at Crafty Bastard Brewery, Barrelhouse by Gypsy Circus, Xul Beer Company, Next Level Brewing, TAPestry, BAPA: Broadway Academy of Performing Arts & Events Center, and more local venues in the Fourth and Gill Neighborhood in Knoxville, Tennessee.


Our free Summer Book Fair & Market is on 6/13/26. This event will feature over 100 authors, vendors and local businesses. Come join us for this BookTok Block Party event.

What are the different tickets offered for the weekend?

We will offer Gold, Silver, and Bronze weekend passes. Passes at the various events will include different things for ticketholders to do and experience. We also have single day tickets for Friday's Make The (Beat) Drop event and for BookTok IRL on Saturday.

Gold & Silver Passes for BookTok IRL

The BookTok IRL Gold pass includes priority seating and fast lanes for lines. It also includes extra photos and time during meet and greets.

The BookTok IRL Silver pass includes priority seating and fast lanes for lines behind Gold passholders.

Are tickets refundable, resellable, or transferrable?

No. EventBrite does not allow for ticket transfers so please do not attempt to purchase tickets from a reseller or third party.

How do I sign up to be a vendor/author/guest?

Go up to the top of this page and find the Event Related Information section. You will see all of the application forms there.

What are the Weekend Passes?

Gold: Includes 21+ Gold ticket for Sassy Ann’s, 18+ Gold BookTok IRL pass on 6/13, and 21+ ticket for the after parties.

Silver: Includes 21+ Silver ticket for Sassy Ann’s, 18+ Silver BookTok IRL pass on 6/13, and 21+ ticket for the after parties.

Bronze: Includes 21+ ticket at Sassy Ann’s, 18+ general admission BookTok IRL pass, and 21+ ticket for the after parties.

Getting a 21+ weekend pass while they are available is the only way to guarantee that you will get access to the meet & greets at the events. Once weekend passes and full day event passes sell out, meet & greet opportunities will be severely limited.

Weekend passes include entry to the pre-party and after party. Both of those events are at 21+ venues so our weekend passes are 21+. The free Book Fair & Market is all ages. The BookTok IRL pass is 18+.

Where do I pick up my pass?

Details announced soon and via email to all passholders. We will not be mailing passes. They will need to be picked up in person.

Is this event kid friendly?

The free Book Fair & Market on 6/13/26 from 11 am-6 pm is for all ages! We will have a kid zone with kid friendly authors, vendors, and fun things for kids to do. The BookTok IRL events will be 18+. The Make The Beat Drop Pre-Party and the After Parties are 21+.
